RODTECH RECYCLING manufactured and commissioned an integrated system for dosing solid substrates for a biogas plant with a capacity of 528 kW.

 

The system provides a reliable supply of corn silage, according to the requirements of the biogas plant technological process.

 

The surfaces in contact with the substrate are made of acid-resistant stainless steel, which significantly increases the service life of the equipment.

 

Using a load cell system, the substrate is weighed in real time, which is important for accurate dosage of the substrate in the biogas station fermenter.
