BLOW-THROUGH ROTARY VALVE RVBT

Blow-through rotary valve RVBT is the ideal solution for feeding powdery or granular materials into a pneumatic conveying system.

 

The blow-through rotary valve is consist of a tubular housing, a rotor with inclined V-shaped compartments, a drive and housing covers.

 

Two compartments of a simultaneously rotating rotor are filled with raw material entering through an inlet at the top of the valve. When the rotor rotates, the raw material falls through the lower outlet into the air stream passing through the pneumatic conveyor connected to the lower part of the valve.
