FERROUS & NON-FERROUS METALS

Integrated solutions METAL ENGINEERING in combination with disc screnns (disc material - HARDOX wear-resistant steel) allow high-quality screening of scrap metal by fraction and separating it from inert materials (soil, sand, stones, etc.). Also, optionally, the processing complexes are completed with magnetic separators, which ultimately allows to obtain three fractions at the output: inert materials, ferrous scrap, non-ferrous scrap.

 

Advantages: refined scrap from inert materials has a higher cost than crude. In addition, you can profit from additionally extracted non-ferrous metals.

 

Separation characteristics:

• capacity from 0,5 to 150 t/h;

• working with wet material;

• fraction size from 5 to 200 mm.
