The separation of raw material by fractional composition is the main stage in the processing of waste, biomass.

 

STARSCREEN separation technology allows one unit to separate the raw materials into 2, 3 fractions, depending on the tasks.

 

Due to the different thickness of the discs, it is possible to change the required dropout fraction, from 10 mm to 150 mm.

 

STARSCREEN has a modular design, the number of modules can be adapted in accordance with the desired end result.

 

Depending on the fractional composition and bulk density of the raw materials, the capacity of the separator is up to 500 m³ / h.

A NEW LEVEL OF SCREENING

STARSCREENS are superior in performance, separation quality and operating costs in many areas of drum screens (trommel), vibrating screens. STARSCREENS are ideal for screening wet materials that tend to stick together (peat, lignin, compost, sapropel, wet wood chips, sawdust, etc.).

 

Depending on the tasks, the STAR SCREEN separators are equipped with feeders and agitators (for loosening the raw material and feeding an even layer into the separation zone), feed and unloading conveyors. The equipment is designed with the ability to work without cover in the open air.

EXACT SORTING

The special shape of the STARSCREEN working discs creates exact holes for accurate determination of the size of the raw material, excluding the "blind" zone, which is a disadvantage of classic disc screens.
